Frank David Bromley Jr., 73, a longtime resident of Cleveland, TN, passed away on Monday, February 5, 2018. Frank retired from the U.S. Postal Service as Postmaster of Rossville, GA after 41 years of service. He spent his retirement years working and playing on his beloved farm. He was a member of the local Cattleman’s Association as well as being a former member of the County Planning Commission. Frank was an avid sports fan who loved playing golf, watching UT Vols sports teams, and Bradley Wrestling. Frank enjoyed spending time with his children and grandchildren who meant the world to him. He was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him. He and his wife, Brinda were members of First Baptist Church, Cleveland.
He is preceded in death by his parents Frank David Bromley Sr. and Anna Mae Trewhitt Bromley.
Frank is survived by his wife, Brinda Bromley; children, Lisa Rogers, Kelli Fulton, and Trae Bromley; grandchildren, Macey Phillips, Dakota Bromley, Tenlie Logsdon, Kelci Bromley; great grandchild, Ace Phillips; siblings Margaret Rhoades, David Bromley; step-children, Michael Liner, Meredith Crowder, Tommy Liner; four special nephews, Richard, Barry, Mike, and Jeff Varner along with several other nephews and extended family.
There will be a celebration of life service Sunday, February 11, 2018 at 1:00p.m. with a visitation prior to the service from 11:00a.m. to 1: 00p.m at Companion Funeral Home Chapel. After the service the family will continue to receive friends for a short time.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to the First Baptist Church library, or the American Cancer Society.
