Francine Coffey Haney

FRANCINE COFFEY HANEY, 85, a resident of Cleveland, was born in Wetmore, TN and passed to her Heavenly home surrounded by her loving family on January 27, 2018. She was a faithful member of First Baptist Church and considered it a joy serving others: by teaching, cooking, event decorating, and giving of her time to family and friends. God blessed her with the gift of seeing the needs of others and acting upon it. Traveling and shopping, gardening, and spending time with her family and friends were some of the great joys in her life.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James Lester (J.L.) Haney in 1988 and worked alongside him as co-owner and Secretary/Treasurer of J.L.Haney Construction Company. Also preceding her were parents: Clifford Monroe Coffey and Nettie Lou Woody Coffey; five brothers : Howard Coffey, DuVaughn Coffey, Cledis Coffey, Max Coffey, & and young brother Frank Coffey. She was very proud of her brothers' military service to our country.

She is survived by her four children : Brenda (Jim) Maynor, Mary Jo (Randy) Scoggins, Marsha ( Joe) Reed, & Bob Haney; eight grandchildren : Rachel (Anthony) Stratton, David ( Misty) Maynor, Ginger Copeland Rose, Blake (Laura) Copeland, Cindy Copeland (Alan) Oliver, Joseph Reed, Michael (Danielle) Reed & Travis Haney; also 17 Great-grandchildren: AshLeigh, Jayden & Andruw Stratton; Avery, Baileigh & Sawyer Maynor; Taylor Copeland; Allie & Ainsley Oliver; Seth, Maggie, Sophie Grace & Lainey Reed; Laeton, Trystan, Case & Lake Reed.

The family will receive friends from 11:00am until 1:00pm on Monday Janaury 29, 2018 at First Baptist Church Cleveland located at 1275 Stuart RD, Cleveland, TN 37311. A celebration of life service will be held at 1:00pm on Monday following the visitation at the church with Joseph Reed officiating. Interment will follow the service in the mausoleum at Sunset Memorial Gardens with Rev. Tom Wickes handling the commital service. Her grandsons will be serving as pallbearers. The family would also like to thank the many wonderful caregivers who have loved and served Francine over the past fifteen years.
