Floyd Pressley

Floyd Thomas Pressley "Possum" age 77 passed away surrounded by family Thursday June 20, 2024. A native of Athens, TN and spent most his life in the concrete finishing business. Those who knew him would know him to be witty, kind, brutally honest, but a loving Father, Grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend. His smile and happiness was contagious.

 Possum was preceded in death by his parents Levi and Trulabelle Pressley, wife of 58 yrs JoAnn Pressley, son David Pressley, daughter Kimberly Arnwine, grandson Gene Arnwine, 4 brothers and 3 sisters.

 He leaves here to cherish his memories, 3 sons Dewayne (Donna) Pressley, Ricky (Tassie) Pressley, and Joey Pressley. One daughter Tabitha (Doug) O'Daniel, and one bonus son Chace Carroll. 3 sisters Judy Hitt, Ina Achilles, Caroline (Billy) Burton. Several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. 

 As we respect Possums wishes, there will be no service.
