Evelyn Wilson

Evelyn Wilson, 90, passed away on January 3, 2025. She was born to the late Claude and Rose Marshall on October 18, 1934, in Cleveland, Tennessee.

Evelyn loved nature, animals, and gardening. She loved the Lord, listening to gospel music, and spending time with her family. She also enjoyed shopping and canning jelly.

In addition to her parents, Evelyn is preceded in death by her husband, Clarence Wilson, children, Gary Wilson, Debbie Eldredge, Rodney Wilson, siblings, Don Marshall, Dorothy Dixon, Pauleen Verner, Billie Turner, Juanita Marshall, and Johnny Marshall.

She is survived by her children, Ricky (Janie) Wilson, Lisa (Tim) Garr, grandchildren, Zachary (Eden) Eldredge, Amy (John) Flanigan, Ben (Andria) Eldredge, Justin Wilson, Lilli (Joel) Lawhon, Caleb Garr, Stacie (Stacey) Guffey, great-granchildren, Alyssa and Brianna Eldredge, Titus Flanigan, Hailey, Lylia and Brenden Guffey, daughter-in-law, Pam Wilson, son-in-law, Ed Eldredge and sister-in-law, Alice Marshall.

A celebration of life service will be held on Thursday, January 9, 2025 at 1:00 pm at Companion Funeral Home - The Cleveland Chapel. The family will be receiving friends from 11:00 am - 1:00 pm prior to the service. A graveside service is to follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens.
