Eveline Myers

Eveline Myers peacefully went to be with the Lord while at home surrounded by her family on August 16, 2020. Her beautiful smile and joyful soul will be greatly missed.

She was born September 30, 1939 in Tellico Plains, TN, and later moved to Cleveland, TN, where she lived for over 60 years. She was a member of Washington Avenue Baptist Church. She retired from Shaw Industries in Dalton, GA.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Dessie Cross, her brothers, Robert Cross, Carl Cross, and Raymond Cross, and her sister, Deloris Melton, and brother-in-law, Mike McKinley, sister-in-law, Joanne Cross, and son-in-law, Randy Osborn.

She is survived by her children, Patricia Carver, Gail Osborn, Angie Myers, Willard Myers (wife Michelle), and William Myers (wife April). Her grandchildren, Jamie Walraven (husband Greg), Jennifer Roberts (husband Jon), Cody Myers (wife Jessica), Derek Myers, Jessica Osborn, Brad Myers, and Chelsea Brogdon. Her great grandchildren, Chelsea Roberts, and Jaxon, Gavin, and Caroline-Kate Walraven. Her siblings, Laverne McKinley, Abern Cross, Sandra Smith (husband Gary), Bea Carver (husband Lee), and William Cross, sister-in-law, Faye Cross, and numerous nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews, and special mention to Larry Carver, Mel Parker, and Eveline’s beloved dog Nippy. Special thanks to Kindred Hospice of Cleveland for their excellent care and service.

Visitation will be held on Friday, August 21, from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm with Funeral Services starting at 4:00 pm at Companion Funeral Home in Cleveland, TN, with the Reverend Ted Smith officiating. Graveside to follow at Flint Springs Cemetery.
