Emily Rzeplinski

Emily LaBate Rzeplinski, age 74, better known as "Lee and Mema", passed away on Sunday, February 16th, 2025 at her home after a long battle with cancer. She was a beloved wife, mother, and Mema who will be missed beyond measure.

Lee was Born November 10th, 1950 and grew up in Clark, New Jersey. She later met and married her best friend and soulmate, Steve. They were married for 55 years and had three kids together. Lee worked for Advanced Photographic in Cleveland, TN for 34 years before retiring. She was a kind, loving, beautiful soul. Lee loved to cuddle up with her fur baby Bosco and really enjoyed her time spent with her family. Lee's smile and laugh would light up any room she was in.

Left behind to cherish her memory is her loving husband, Steve; sons, Darren (Stacy) Rzeplinski and Ray (Jackie) Rzeplinski; daughter, Stephanie Peels; brother, Hank (Diane) LaBate; sister, Jineane LaBate; grandchildren: Kayla McCord, Koby Rzeplinski, Curtis Rzeplinski, Caleb Rzeplinski, Jesse Sherk, Alexis Richmond, Kamden Richmond, Jared Richmond, Cody McJunkins,  Aidan Peels, and Jeni Cordell; several great-grandchildren, and a slew of other family members and friends. Emily will be missed by everyone who knew her.

The family asks that if anyone should wish to do something in Emily's memory, to please donate in her name to the American Cancer Foundation or the Tennessee Dachshund Rescue.
