Eloise Elaine Neuendorf, 101, went peacefully into the arms of Jesus on Sunday, May 7, 2023. She lived a long and healthy life and leaves behind a legacy of love and kindness that will be remembered by all who knew her. Always with an optimistic and sweet outlook on life, she was a cherished wife, mother, grandma, and great grandma who will be deeply missed.
Eloise will be reunited in heaven with her husband of 49 years, Roy Neuendorf, infant son, Kenneth, and her adult son, Steve.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory her two children, Gregg (Denise) Neuendorf of Cleveland, and Janne Beynon (Jim Slavin) of Loudon, five grandchildren, and nine great grandchildren who all held a special place in her heart and she loved them dearly.
Her faith and church were central to her life and a great comfort to her. She was an active member of the First Lutheran Church for over 40 years. Eloise lived a quiet and peaceful life enjoying her home, her friends, and most of all, her family.
A celebration of life service will be held on Friday, May 12, 2023, at 4:00 pm with Pastor Robert Seaton officiating. The family will be receiving friends from 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm prior to the service. A Graveside Service will follow at Hilcrest Memorial Gardens.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers donations be made to First Lutheran Church in Cleveland, Tennessee.
