Elizabeth Stinchfield Deal, 40, died at her childhood home December

14, 2023 after a long and courageous battle with cancer. She was born April 11,

1983 in Elk Grove Village, Il, the daughter of Charles and Mary Ellen Stinchfield.

Elizabeth graduated from Notre Dame High School and the University of

Tennessee at Chattanooga. She worked as an editor at True North Publishing and a

technical writer at Life Care Center in Cleveland before pursuing a freelance

writing career.

She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents James and Dolores Shea

and paternal grandparents Charles and Rufina Stinchfield.

She leaves behind her loving and devoted husband Dustin James Deal and adoring

son Easton Michael Deal, bonus daughters, Autumn and AshLynn Deal, her

parents, brother Charles (Melissa) Stinchfield III, many aunts, uncles, cousins and

She was a compassionate and loving person to all who knew her.

A funeral mass will be held at St. Therese of Lisieux Catholic Church on Saturday,

January 6, 2024, at 2p.m with visitation before mass at 1p.m.
