In Memoriam: Edward Doss (1957 - 2024)

Chattanooga, TN - Edward Doss, 66, peacefully passed away on January 1, 2024, surrounded by the love of his family. Born in Chattanooga, he was the son of the late Elbert Doss, Jr, and Evelyn Doss. Edward is now reunited with his parents, as well as his brothers James and Jerry Doss, who preceded him in death.

Edward leaves behind a legacy of warmth and kindness. He is survived by his devoted sister, Sharon Knight, of Chattanooga, who shared a special bond with him. Additionally, his niece, Pam Bankston, and nephews, Christopher Doss and Michael Doss, will cherish the memories of their beloved uncle.

Edward will be remembered for his gentle spirit, unwavering love for his family, and the countless lives he touched throughout his 66 years. His absence will be deeply felt, but the cherished memories of the moments spent together will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.

In accordance with Edward's wishes, no formal service will be held. The family appreciates the condolences and support during this difficult time. In lieu of flowers, they request that friends and well-wishers take a moment to reflect on the joy Edward brought into their lives.
