Edward Davis Jr.

Edward "Jim" Davis Jr, 80, of Cleveland, Tennessee passed away on Wednesday, November 22, 2023. Jim was born on September 28, 1943, in Tasso, Tennessee. He enjoyed golfing and going on golfing trips with his buddies and watching NASCAR.

He was Preceded in death by his parents Nora and Edward Davis Sr., and his brother, Billy Davis.

He leaves behind to cherish his memory his wife of 60 years, Sue Gollahar; daughters, Sendy Blessing (Mike), and Holly Davis-Mayo (Billy); son, Gerald Davis.

Jim attended Bradley Central High School and was a veteran of the United States Army. He worked at CFI chemical company in Chattanooga and worked as a car salesman until he retired. He had three companions he loved and cherished, Tessa the dog and two cats Sara and Snooky Binx.

The family would like to extend a big thank you to his lifelong friends, Johnny, and Gayle Brewer.

A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, November 28, 2023, at Sunset Memorial Gardens at 2:00 pm with Reverend Joe Dail officiating.
