Edna Marie Ledford

Edna Marie Ledford, 73, a lifelong resident of Cleveland, TN, passed away on Saturday April 1, 2017. She was born on April 28, 1943 to the late James Carden and Rebecca Carden. She worked as a dietary aide at Bradley Healthcare for 17 years. All that knew Edna, knew that she loved life and always enjoyed people. She was a faithful member at the Southview Baptist Church.
Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her sister, Elizabeth Stevenson, and her brother, JR. Carden.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory, her husband, RL Ledford; daughter, Eyvonne Westfield (Anthony); grandchild, Monica Westfield; special family member, Ashia Webb; sister, Patricia Dixon (Ken); step-daughter, Debbie Carden (Jimmy); step-sons, Ronnie Ledford (Judy) and Ricky Ledford (Mary); step-grandchildren, Joshua Carden, Daniel Ledford, and William Ledford; step-great-grandchildren, Aubrey, Emily, Jake, Kaitlyn, and Casey, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
A celebration of life service is planned for 6:00pm on Thursday April 6, 2017 at Companion Funeral Home, located at 2419 Georgetown Road NW, with Pastor Ronnie Ledford officiating the service.
The family will be receiving friends two hours prior, from 4:00pm until the 6:00pm service time.
