Ed Woody

Ed Woody, lifelong area resident, passed away Saturday evening, March 25th, 2017 in a local hospital. He was known for his interest in electronics and his skills as a repairman. He was an avid ham radio operator and a member of the Cleveland Amateur Radio Club for many years.


Ed was preceded in death by his father "Jimmy" Woody, Sr. and his mother Margaret Woody, both of Cleveland. He is survived by his wife of 43 years Patricia Woody and his daughter Tasha Woody, numerous other extend family members and a host of special friends.

The family will have a memorial gathering on Friday, March 31st, 2017 from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM in the parlor of Companion Funeral Home located at 2419 Georgetown Road in Cleveland, TN .
