Douglas Dale Cook, Jr, 52, passed away at his Chattanooga home on 11/16/18. He is survived by his sons, Zachary and Tyler Cook; Parents and their spouses, Cissy Evans, Dale and Fran Cook; sisters and their spouses, Valerie and Rob Matthews and Courtne and Jake Wilhite.
A memorial service will be held at Crosspath Church 4201 Ringgold Road, East Ridge, TN 37412 on Sunday 11/25/18 at 2pm.
