Obituary

Dorothy Mae Stacy, 77, a resident of Harrison, TN and formally of Ooltewah, TN passed away on April 8th, 2014 at her home. Dorothy was born in Chicago, IL on July 26th, 1936 a daughter of the late Karl and Cora Schmidt. She enjoyed spending time with her family and grandchildren.

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband Darel H. Stacy, son-in-law Edward Bellomy Jr., three sisters Nancy Millbrandt, Irma Hein and Mary Lou Reichel and two brothers Herbert Schmidt and Billy Millbrandt.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory one daughter Sandra Bellomy of Harrison, TN, three grandchildren Darel Bellomy (Danya), Ryan Bellomy (Jenna) and Shane Bellomy, five great grandchildren Dawson, Cole, Makayla, Lucas & Nathaniel Bellomy, four sisters Gloria Bausch (Walter) of Elmhurst, IL, Carol Ann Gorski of Lake Villa, IL, Phyllis Rutherford of Romeoville, IL and Patricia Mitria (AL) of Chicago, IL, one brother Theodore Schmidt of Crystal Lake, IL, one brother-in-law William Reichel of Schaumburg, IL and many nieces, nephews and other extended family members.

A graveside service is planned for Thursday, April 10th, 2014 at 2:00 PM in the Chattanooga National Cemetery with the Reverend Ricky Vaughn officiating.
