Doris Patricia Rymer

Doris Patricia Rymer, 84, of Cleveland, TN passed away on November 13, 2021. She was born on May 18, 1937 to the late J.B. and Florence Poteet. Doris was a lifelong resident of this area and a faithful member of Mt. Carmel Baptist Church. She grew up working on the farm and developed a strong work ethic. Doris retired from McKee Bakery but her pride and joy was her family. She was a loving mother who cared deeply for her family.

In addition to her mother and father, she is preceded in death by her son Jeff Rymer and husband Louis Rymer. She leaves behind to cherish her memory her two sons Shannon Rymer and Scott Rymer (Jeanette); sisters Diane Tatum and Glenda Moses; and grandchildren Jeffery, Adam, Ashley, Austin, and Chloee; niece Kelley and nephew jimmy.

A celebration of Doris’ life will be held at 1:00pm on Friday November 26th at Mt. Carmel Baptist Church with visitation prior from 11-1pm. She will be laid to rest following the service in the church cemetery.
