Katherine Leamon

Dora "Katherine" Leamon, beloved wife of the late James E. Leamon, peacefully passed away at home on July 19th, 2024 at the age of 94. She courageously battled alzheimer's disease for many years. She was a devoted Baptist whose faith guided her throughout her life.

Katherine and James were blessed with three children: Katherine "Betty" Kincaid (spouse Kenneth Kincaid), Edward "Eddie" Leamon, and George Wrondle Leamon. She was preceded in death by Eddie and Wrondle. Katherine was a loving grandmother to five grandchildren and cherished numerous great-grandchildren.

She will be remembered for her kindness, warmth, and unwavering faith. Katherine touched the lives of many with her gentle spirit and generous heart. Her memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.

The family invites friends and loved ones to join them in a celebration of Katherine's life at the Companion Funeral Home, 2415 Georgetown Road NW, Cleveland, TN. Visitation will be from 10-11am, with funeral service at 11am. Burial will follow at Calhoun Community Cemetery, Calhoun, TN.
