Obituary
Donna Elizabeth Smith, 53 of Dunlap,TN passed away Saturday October 12, 2013 in the Hospice Care Center, in Chattanooga, TN. Donna was born in Morganfield, KY on August 14, 1960 a daughter of the late William Price and Diana Martin. She was of the Catholic faith.
In addition to her father she is preceded in death by one brother Will Price. Donna leaves behind to cherish her memory her mother and step-father Diana and George Martin, two sons Scott Smith and Travis Hayes, one daughter Christina Pelletier, three brothers Brian Price, Shawn Martin, and George Martin, two sisters Mary Price and Jennifer Price, three grandchildren, Symon Smith, Sage Smith, and Sadie Smith and numerous other extended family and friends.
A celebration of Donna’s life is planned at a later date and will be announced.
