Donald Ray Mcpherson

Donald Ray McPherson, 82, of Fresno CA, passed away on December 11, 2021, in his home in Ooltewah, TN. Born February 23, 1939, to the late Carley and Ruby McPherson in Corpus Cristi, TX. He was of the Anglican faith. Donald loved to go fishing, camping, working in his yard, spending time with family and friends, going to the casino, eating cookies and M&Ms. Donald worked for Granite Construction, and Hussman Refrigeration. He also served his country in the US Navy onboard the USS Abnaki TF-96.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother Bill. He is survived by his loving wife of 62 years, Sharon McPherson; daughters, Christine, Tracey, Sharalynn and Shannon; grandchildren, Ryan, Donald, Daniel, Tessa and Ruary; great-grandchildren, Grant, Paxton, Hudson and Odin. Donald was truly loved by all who knew him and will be missed.
A celebration of life ceremony will take place on Friday, December 17th, 2021, at 11:00 am, at the Anglican Church of The Redeemer (104 McBrian Rd Chattanooga, TN 37411).
