Donald Kenneth Foley Obituary
May 2, 1938 – Oct 28, 2021 (83 years)
Don, a member of the North Cleveland Church of God since 2006, is now at home with his Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. Forever grateful for our time spent with Don. His warmth, smile, sense of humor, and ability to make every day special will always be remembered.
Don, the child of Harold and Dorothea Foley, and brother of Thomas Francis Foley (deceased), was born and raised in Webster, New York. He graduated from Niagara University with a B.S. in Economics and served two years in the U.S. Army. He enjoyed a 30-year career in management with NY Bell Telephone and spent the past 9 years as a certified clinical medial assistant at Tennessee Valley Pain Management in Cleveland, TN.
Survived by his wife of 21 years Sara Foley, and his four children, Thomas of Montclair, NJ (wife Danielle and grandchildren Zachary and Kelsey), Robert of Charlotte, NC, Karen of Seattle, WA, (husband Stephen and grandchildren Marcus and Heather), and Amy from Seattle, WA, and stepchild Douglas Dubrosky (partner Heather Bryson and grandchildren Basil and Seth).
Don enjoyed spending time with his church community, boating and sailing, listening to classical music, classic cars, doing home improvement projects and landscape gardening and remained active in these pursuits. A member of Rotary Club and Chamber of Commerce. He treasured his dear wife Sara, and always spoiled her with unbounded love and affection.
