Dennis Wayne Holt, 67 a resident of Madisonville, TN passed away on Sunday, September 18, 2022 in a Sweetwater, TN hospital. He was born on January 24, 1955 a son of the late Ernest & Bernice Holt in Rabun Gap, Georgia.
In addition to his parents, he is also preceded in death by two brothers J.T. and David Holt.
Dennis leaves behind to cherish his memory two daughters Heather Liford and her husband Jackie of Philadelphia, TN and Mandie Ayers and her husband Steve of Canon, GA, one son Dusty Holt and his wife Celena of Athens, TN, six grandchildren Landen, Hayden & Bryer Holt, Kylie & Rylee Liford and Brantley Ayers, numerous other extended family members and a host of special friends.
In honor of his wishes there will be no formal services at this time.
