Dennie was best known for his contagious laugh. Could always find humor in any situation. In his own words, "wouldn't stir up s**t for nothing."

Dennie is preceded in death by his parents, Roy and Catherine Dennison, Brother Carl "Dude" Dennison and sister Brenda Davis.

Dennie is survived by his children; Elizabeth (Tim Woodruf) Dennison, of Cleveland, TN, Dennie "Lil Dennie" (Nicky) Dennison Jr of Chatsworth, GA, and Chesley Dennison of Georgia. Sisters; Debra Strickland of Crandall, GA; Teresa "Turry" (Doyle) Croy of Sugar Hill, GA; Sharon (Charles) Faith of Dalton, GA; Ellie (Willie) Martin of Duluth, GA. Brother Roy "Billy" (Cindy) Dennison of Dalton, GA. 11 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, several neices and nephews and extended families. Mentionable friends, Mickey Hughes of Chatsworth, GA and Gloria and Ann Brown of Tunnel Hill, GA.

The service for Dennie Dennison will be held on Sunday, at 2:00 PM at Companion Funeral & Cremation Service - Cleveland, TN.
