Daws Sevier Mchone

Daws “Fats” McHone, 67, of Athens, Tennessee passed away on Saturday, February 4, 2023, at his home. Daws was born on May 25, 1955, in Athens, Tennessee to the late Rex “Duck” and Carrie Mae McHone.

Along with his parents he was preceded in death by his brothers, J.B. McHone, Ralph McHone, Dean McHone, Aaron McHone, Clarence “Tootle” McHone, and Tommy McHone; his sisters, Nella Broadwell-McHone, Shirley Trew, and Patricia Jerels.

He leaves behind to cherish his memory his companion, Pat Gibson; siblings, Rex (Lois) McHone, Gene (Margie) McHone, Barbara (Clifford) Bales, and Sandra Letner McHone; along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, and friends.
