David Slack

David Lynn Slack, 72, of Englewood, TN passed away on January 15, 2025.

David was an avid UT fan. He also sang with several gospel quartets. When David wasn't cheering on the VOLS or singing, you could find him spending his downtime fishing.

Preceded in death by parents, Ray and Barbara Slack; and sister, Billie Cowart.

Survivors include his sister, Carolyn Lockmiller (Creed); brother, Michael Slack; several nieces, nephews and other loved family members.

There will be a Graveside Service on Sunday, January 19, 2025 at Wildwood Cemetery in Englewood, TN at 2:00pm.
