David Lynn Rakestraw, age 63 of McDonald, departed this life on Saturday, December 18, 2021 at Tennova Healthcare. Born on March 14, 1958, he was a native and lifelong resident of Bradley County.
David was preceded in death by his parents, Jack and Lovene Dixon Rakestraw.
Left behind to cherish his memory are his wife, Susan Rakestraw; son Sean and Tiffanie Rakestraw; and grandson, Knox Rakestraw; as well as extended family members and friends.
A private family graveside will be held at a later date at Pine Hill Presbyterian Church Cemetery.
