David Eugene Vandergriff

David Eugene Vandergriff, age 71, of Cleveland, TN passed away on July 4, 2022 at his residence. David was born on May 20, 1951 in Birchwood, TN to the late Ollie and Viola Vandergriff. David enjoyed being outdoors and fishing.

In addition to his parents, David is preceded in death by one sibling, Johnny Vandergriff.

He leaves behind to cherish his memories his wife, Beverly Rodgers; two sons, Brandon and Bryan Lawson; siblings Judy Grissom, Connis Morrison, and Ronnie Vandergriff; as well as other friends and family.

The family will receive friends from 10:00 – 11:00 AM on July 8, 2022 at Companion Funeral Home Cleveland Chapel located at 2415 Georgetown Road NW, Cleveland, TN 37311. Following the visitation, a graveside service will be held at Shiloh Baptist Church Cemetery at 12:00 PM. Johnny Woodward, Billy Johnson, Shane Keappner, Chad Smith, Ty Anderson, Johnathan Sperling, and Mark Dale will serve as pallbearers.
