David Armstrong

David Armstrong, 71, went to his heavenly home on Saturday, July 28, 2018. David was born on December 7, 1946 to the late Henry and Laura Armstrong. He was a avid fisherman, loved to trade knives, loved to whittle with his Foxx Lot buddies, he loved his Church and Gospel Music, he never met a stranger, and was a great Papaw.

David is proceeded in death by his parents listed above, his loving wife of 44 years, Brenda Armstrong, brothers Earl Armstrong, Carl Armstrong, Edward Armstrong, and sisters Irene Spencer, Jewel Nichols, Bonnie Allen.

Left to cherish his memory, daughter and son in law Mark and Trina Hatcher, son and daughter in law David V. and Angie Armstrong, and Grandchildren Justin and Kyla Belcher, Lauren Davea Belcher, William Belcher, Deanna Belcher, and Mackenzie Armstrong. As well as brothers Randy Armstrong and wife Kathy, sisters Millie Butler and Husband Eddie and Mary Palmer. along with many more grandchildren, great grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.

The funeral service will be held at 8:00 PM on Tuesday, July 31, 2018 at New Bethel Church of God located at 424 Happy Hollow Road, Madisonville, TN 37354. The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 6:00 to 8:00 prior to the service at the Church. A graveside service will be on Wednesday, August 1, 2018 at 11:00 AM at New Bethel Church of God Cemetery.
