Obituary

Daniel David True, 74, a resident of Cleveland, TN passed away on Thursday night, January 22, 2015 at his home. David was born in Rockwood, TN on November 17th, 1940 a son of the late James Ernest and Louellen True. He was a honorably discharge veteran of the United States Army after faithfully serving his country.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by one sister Leana Cain and one brother James Earl True.

David leaves behind to cherish his memory his loving and devoted wife of forty years Joan Stafford True, four daughters Carrie Hensley (Keith), Tina Prater (Jimmy), Teresa Smith (Justin Thomas ) & Lisa Harris, three sons Mark True, Daniel Mantooth (Teresa) and Tim Mantooth (Karen), one sister Juanita Wilson, seventeen grandchildren, several great grandchildren, numerous other extended family members and a host of special friends.

A memorial service celebrating his life is planned for Monday night, January 26th, 2015 at 6:00 PM at the Lebanon Baptist Church located at 1411 Old Parksville Road NE in Cleveland, TN 37323.

The family will receive friends on Monday afternoon from 5:00 PM until the 6:00 PM service time at the church.
