Dale Ervin Hayes

Dale Ervin Hayes, 54, of Cleveland, TN passed away on October 12, 2018. He was born on June 12, 1964 to Phil Hayes and and Bertha Sims. He was very outgoing and he never met a stranger. He loved motorcycles and cars, especially Corvettes.

He is preceded in death by his dad, Phil Hayes; grandparents Menive and Richard Hayes and Lucille and Fred Andes; stepchild Tyler Myers.

He leaves behind to cherish his memory his mother Bertha (Frank) Sims; son Thomas Jonas John Shelby; daughter Amber Wilson; granddaughter Mayliah Lynn Shelby; fiancé Charlotte Ford; stepchildren: Kelley Morgan, Teri Ownby, Taylor Ownby, McKenzie Morgan, Devin Bell Cody Morgan, Tanner Morgan; siblings: Douglas (Sharon) Hayes, Darrell (Deborah) Hayes, Ray (Lona) Hayes, Mike (Mable) Hayes, Barbara (Terry) Blackwell, Frenda Sims, Jeff (Debbie) Sims, Darlene (Kenny) Pagent.

The family will receive friends from 5:00pm until 8:00pm on Tuesday October 16, 2018 at Companion Funeral Home located at 2419 Georgetown RD NW, Cleveland, TN 37311. A celebration of life service will be held at 11:00am on Wednesday October 17, 2018 at the funeral home with Gary Farris officiating. Interment will follow at Lee Cemetery.
