Osborne, Cynthia Renee (Cindy) of Knoxville, Tennessee passed away as a result of a fire. Cindy was a beautiful and caring person and now in the arms of Jesus. She is preceded in death by daughter Julian Osborne, father James Osborne Sr., grandmother Irene Osborne, grandfather William Osborne, grandmother Betty Joe Hopkins, Aunt Janet O'Brien, Aunt Sherry Hickman, and Uncle Anthony Hickman. She is survived by her mother Kathy Osborne and partner Rusty Baker, brothers David Hopkins and Jonathan Morrison. Aunts Nancy Loope, Rebecca Mellon, Teresa Adams. Uncles Greg Loope and Dew Adams. Cousins Tony Troutt, Heather Johnson, Lori Diffie, Jennifer Krajnik, Jeremy Hancock and several second cousins. Family will have private memorial at a date to be determined. Cremations performed by Companion Funeral and Cremation in Athens, TN.
