Obituary

Crystal Dawn Chastain, 36, a resident of Cleveland, TN passed away on April 29, 2014 at her home. She was born on January 18, 1978 to Michael Kaylor and Brenda Sullivan. Crystal was a very loving and kind person who will be greatly missed by all who knew her. She embraced her birth in the 1970s by loving all types of music and loving to dance to the music. Crystal always had a smile on her face. Above all things, however, Crystal was a loving wife and mother that cared dearly for her family.

She is preceded in death by her father Michael Kaylor, grandmother Rosa Hixon, and several aunts and uncles.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory her husband and Junior High soul mate of 17 years, Anthony Chastain, daughter Dreama Destiny Chastain, son Anthony “A.J.” Chastain Jr., mother Brenda Moore, sister Jessica Macy Moore, brother Danny Melton, grandfather John Hixon; mother and father-in-law Gladys Barker and Stephen Chastain. In addition to these, she leaves behind numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and extended family members and friends.

The family will receive friends on Saturday May 3, 2014 from 5:00pm-7:00pm at Companion Funeral Home located at 2415 Georgetown RD NW, Cleveland, TN 37311.
