Obituary

Connie Stanley McDowell, 56, a resident of Cleveland, TN passed away on Saturday night, June 28th, 2014. Connie was born on September 8, 1957 in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

Connie is preceded in death by her father Willie Stanley, her husband Charles McDowell and one brother Willie Lawrence Stanley.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory her mother Beverly K. Stanley, four nieces Lisa Harrison (Seth), Salina Burton (Keith), Amanda Burton (Adam) and Tara Burton (Willie), several great nieces and nephews, numerous other extended family members and a host of special friends.

A celebration of her life is planned for Wednesday, July 2rd, 2014 at 5:00 PM in the chapel of Companion Funeral Home located at 2419 Georgetown Road in Cleveland TN with the Brother David Beaty officiating. Interment will follow in the Lee Cemetery and will conclude with a white dove release.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM also on Wednesday from 1:00 PM until the 5:00 PM service time.
