Connie Lynn Moore

Connie Lynn Moore, 42, of Decatur, TN passed away on June 25, 2017. She was born on May 28, 1975 to Eddie and Wanda Moore. Connie has been a resident of Meigs County her entire life. She is of the Baptist faith and a member of Good Hope Baptist Church. She loved working on the farm and in her yard, and she was an animal lover. Connie also loved to shop.
She is preceded in death by her grandparents: Catherine and W.C. Baker, uncle Doyle and Vernell Moore.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory her father Eddie Moore; mother Wanda Moore; daughter Sydney Nelson; boyfriend and father to Sydney, Kevin Nelson; uncle Kenneth and Mary Jane Moore; cousins Stevie and Donna, Danny and Marlene, Donnie and Tammy, Kevins children: Sarah Nelson, Kristen Nelson, Kevin Jr. Nelson, Michelle Nelson. In addition to these, she leaves behind numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family members and friends.
The family will receive friends from 3:00pm-5:00pm on Thursday June 29, 2017 at Good Hope Baptist Church located at 2601 Armstrong Ferry Rd, Decatur, TN 37322. A celebration of life service will be held at 5:00pm following visitation. Interment will follow the service at Good Hope Cemetery.
