Claretta Ellen Holt, a vibrant and spirited individual, passed away on June 20, 2023, at the age of 34, in Athens, Tennessee. Born on June 25, 1988, in Knoxville, Tennessee, she brought joy and laughter to the lives of those around her. Claretta was the beloved daughter of Tim Holt and Leatha (Lewis) Holt.

Claretta will always be remembered for her captivating smile and her ability to bring happiness to everyone she met. Her infectious laughter and warm-hearted nature made her a joy to be around. She had an adventurous spirit and a zest for life that was truly inspiring. One of her passions was expressing her individuality through her ever-changing hair colors. She loved experimenting with vibrant hues, embracing her unique style.

An avid collector, Claretta had a fascination for knives and lighters. She enjoyed browsing through thrift stores, where she discovered hidden treasures and unexpected fashion finds. Her eclectic taste and love for fashion shopping allowed her to express herself authentically. Claretta also had a fondness for tattoos, using them as a form of self-expression and personal art. Music held a special place in her heart, and she would often immerse herself in its melodies, finding solace and inspiration.

Above all, Claretta cherished her role as a devoted mother. Her children, Devyn Fraley, Ayden Fraley, Kelsi Fraley, Morgan Fraley, and Mariya Fraley, were the lights of her life. She poured her love and affection into them, ensuring they felt supported and cherished every day. Claretta's children were her pride and joy, and she treasured every moment spent with them.

Claretta leaves behind her loving husband, Eddie Wilcox, who was her partner and confidant. Their bond was built on love, trust, and shared experiences, and they navigated life's ups and downs together. Claretta's presence will forever be missed by Eddie and the countless lives she touched with her kindness and radiant personality.

In addition to her husband and parents, Claretta is survived by her brothers, Timmy Holt and Timothy Holt, who shared a special sibling bond with her. Their memories and the love they shared will forever be treasured.

Tragically, Claretta was preceded in death by her beloved brother, Ryan Dakota Lewis. His memory will live on in the hearts of those who loved him.

The family has entrusted the arrangements to Companion Funeral and Cremation Service, Athens Chapel. Relatives, friends, and acquaintances are invited to pay their respects and offer condolences at Companion Funeral Home, Athens Chapel, on June 25, 2023, from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM. A funeral service, conducted in a humanist tradition, will follow at 5:00 PM at Companion Funeral Home Athens Chapel. The ceremony will serve as a celebration of Claretta's life and the beautiful impact she had on those around her.
