He is survived by his mother, Diane Bazzell; sister, Renee Couey; nieces, Morgan LeBlanc and Ashley Ooten; aunt, Amanda Silvers; friend, Larry McCullough. Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 15, 2019 from 6-8 pm at Companion Funeral Home-Cleveland Chapel.
