Crissy Cross

Christina Viola Cross, lovingly known as "Crissy," passed away on March 2, 2025, at her home in Cleveland, Tennessee. She was born on August 18, 1978, and spent her life surrounded by family and friends who cherished her deeply.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Bill and Mary Cross, "Nanny and Papaw," as well as her brother, Tim Cross, and sister, Donna Cross.

Crissy is survived by her three children: son Caleb Cross and daughters Keely Bryant and Katie Cross. She also leaves behind her beloved grandchildren, Brailen, Ryilen, Nevaely, and Haven; Sisters Mony Cross and Karen Rominger; several cousins, nieces, and nephews, and her lifelong best friend of 35 years, Angela Anderson.

Crissy had a deep love for the outdoors, especially fishing. She found joy in nature and treasured the time spent with loved ones. She had a kind soul with a heart for helping others, particularly those experiencing homelessness.

The family will hold a celebration of life ceremony and balloon release in her honor at a later date. May Crissy's compassion and love continue to inspire those who knew her.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the local homeless shelter in her memory.
