Charlotte Harris

Charlotte Louise Stone Harris, 66 of Tellico Plains, TN, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, March 15, 2024, with her family by her side.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Roy and Delsie Payne Stone, and sisters, Vergie Davis, Christine Belcher, Sharon Ramey, and Patty Jeffrey.

She is survived by her husband of 35 years, Lester Harris; her son, Chad Stone and her daughter, Amber Bivens both of Tellico Plains; grandsons, Kaplyn Stone, Kaleb Stone, and Ayden Bivens of Tellico Plains; brothers, Nathan Stone of Lucasville, OH, Lonnie (Margaret) Stone of Jasper, AL, Hayward Payne of Danville, WV, Danny Stone of Riverview, FL; and numerous nephews and nieces.

Charlotte was born in Madison, WV on March 9, 1958, and was a graduate of Sharples High School. As a young girl she enjoyed sports, playing in the hills, and riding motorcycles-always quite the adventurer. Charlotte had a good circle of friends throughout her life and would always bring them to laughter. She devoted her life to her family and the role of homemaker. She was great with crafts and could easily

recreate anything she saw. She enjoyed spending time at amusement parks and water parks with friends and the neighborhood kids. She loved hummingbirds and yellow roses and the ocean whenever she got a chance to visit.

She truly loved her grandsons and was heartbroken to be leaving them.

Charlotte was a Christian of the Baptist faith. In honor of her request, there will be no services.
