Charlotte Faye Roark, 83, of Birchwood, TN, passed away October 22, 2021, at her residence surrounded by her family. She was born May 13, 1938, to the late James and Effie Cofer in Georgetown, TN. Faye was a member of Birchwood Baptist Church. She loved her family and spending time with her great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, Faye is preceded in death by her husband, Dale Roark; brothers, James and Donald Cofer; sisters, Wilba Poole, Dorothy Harris, Frankie Standridge, and Geraldine Harris.
Survived by her loving daughter, Carlene (Terry) Delashmitt; grandchildren, Alison (Don) Nation and Austin (Kala) Delashmitt; great- grandchildren, Destiny Howell, Avery Delashmitt, Capri, Campbell, Crosby and Clarice Nation.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 25, 2021, from 3:00 PM-5:00 PM, at Birchwood Baptist Church,5436 TN-60, Birchwood, TN 37308, followed by the service at 5:00 PM, with Pastor Bob Schafer officiating. Burial will be held at the Birchwood Baptist Church Cemetery.
