Charlotta Pickens

Charlotta "CP" Pickens, 83, a lifelong resident of McMinn County passed away on Thursday morning, June 13, 2024, at Starr Regional of Etowah.

She was born in Etowah, TN on April 8, 1941, a daughter of the late Raymond and Otsie. Charlotta was of the Christian faith and a member of First Church of God in Englewood, TN. She worked 30+ years as a human resource manager at Johnson Controls. Everyone loved Charlotta and always mentioned how kind and fair she was. She traveled on a motorcycle to 30+ states including Canada and Mexico. She always had a smile on her face.

Charlotta leaves behind 2 nieces, Christal Pistole (Jarret) and Kelli Jamerson; 3 nephews, Scott Gay (Eva), Larry Yarber Jr. and Jordan Yarber; great nieces and nephews, Andrew Gay, Olivia Lawson (Dylan), Kayla Young (Logan) and Kate Pistole; great great nieces and nephews, Paisleigh & Huntleigh Young and Emily & Evelyn Lawson.

A graveside service is planned for Saturday, June 15, 2024 at 10:00 am at McMinn Memory Gardens with Reverend Scott Cardin officiating.
