Charles Wilbur Mcbee

Charles Wilbur McBee, 81, of Cleveland, TN went to his Heavenly Home on April 14, 2022. He was born on September 22, 1940 to the late William Charles McBee and Hattie Allene McBee. Charles was a lifelong resident of Cleveland. He enjoyed camping, fishing, and spending time with his family. He worked as a truck driver for many years and always had a great sense of humor. He was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
In addition to his mother and father he is preceded in death by his sisters: Myrtle Wooden, Donna Moore, Jaunita Scoggins, Carol Coe, Lena Shaw, and Mamie Wooden; brothers Flavis Scoggins, Arron Scoggins, and Billy Scoggins. He is also preceded in death by a granddaughter Amanda Arrowood.

He leaves behind to cherish his memory his loving wife of 52 years, Mary McBee; daughters: Laura McBee, Debby Killebrew (Jason), Linda Arrowood (Joe); brother Calvin McBee (Diann); sisters Catherine Ledford (Ed) and Thelma Morgan; grandchildren: Jessica, Tyson, Courtney, Bailey, Gabriella, Kylee, Tuesday, Shea, Eric, Zackary, and Sean. He also leaves behind 9 great grandchildren.

Charles’ family will receive friends from 5pm to 8pm on Monday April 18, 2022 at Union Missionary Baptist Church on Hughes Lake Road. A celebration of his life will be held at 2pm at the church on Tuesday April 19th. He will be laid to rest following his service at Fort Hill Cemetery. Eric Ballard, Zackary Arrowood, Sean Arrowood, Tyson Burrell, Jason Barrera, and Scott Barrera will serve as pallbearers.
