Charles "Charlie" Caswell Welch, 82, of Harrison, TN, passed away Thursday December 21, 2023 at home surrounded by family.
He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Jessie Welch; brothers, John "Pickle", Arthur, Edd, and Robert "Punk" Welch; sisters, Joann Stokes, Barbara Posey, Pat Cagle, and Juanita Welch Morgan.
He is survived by his daughter, Amanda Richardson; son, Christopher Richardson; granddaughters Amari and Akara Dillard; sister, Norma Leamon; brother, Steve "Boots" Welch, and several other family members.
A committal service will be held at The National Cemetery in Chattanooga TN on Friday, January, 12th, 2024 at 2:30pm.
