Charles Finley

Charles Finley, 86, passed away on November 19, 2024, in Birchwood, TN.

Charles Finley was born on May 15, 1938 in Lewisburg, TN, to Julian and Clara Mae Finley.

Charles was a very hard worker all his life providing for his family. He had to quit school in the ninth grade to help support his family. Then later in life started his own business, Finley & Sons Pools.

Charles and Patricia, wife of 37 years, and even though they went their separate ways, they remained friends and talked about every day. The couple had four children.

Charles is survived by Sons, Michael Finley, Randall Finley, Daughters, Katherine Spires and Teresa Kirby (Tommy). Eleven grandchildren and nineteen great-grandchildren.

Charles is preceded in death by Julian Finley - father, Clara Mae Finley - mother. Sisters, Betty Fairbanks and Judy Fairbanks.

Charles will be laid to rest up on the mountain at Griffiths Creek Methodist Church Cemetary located at 8345 Hwy 108, Whitwell, TN on December 7, 2024 at 2 p.m.
