Charles Arthur Hughes Jr.

Charles Arthur Hughes Jr. 52, a lifelong resident of Cleveland, passed away unexpectedly at his home on Monday, January 29, 2018. He was a member of New Friendship Baptist Church. He was a loving and caring father to his three daughters and was one to brighten your day if you encountered him.
He is preceded in death by his father, Charles A. Hughes Sr; grandparents, Charles E. and Julia Hughes, Carl and Esther Phillips.
Survived by his daughters, Elana, Elizabeth, and Anna; mother, Barbara Hopkins; fiancé, Janice Besaw; Uncle Tom (Carol) Hughes; great Uncle Avery Longwith.
There will be a celebration of life service on Friday, February 2, 2018 at 1PM with a viewing prior to the service from 10AM-1PM at the Companion Funeral Home Chapel, Cleveland TN.
In lieu of flowers a savings account has been set up at Tennessee Valley Federal Credit Union in memory of Charles as an education fund for his daughters. You can mail checks to Mrs. Barbara Hopkins or TVFCU.
