Obituary
Charles Allen Sharpton Sr., 66 a resident of Cleveland passed away on Saturday, January 12th, 2013 at Erlanger medical center in Chattanooga. Charles a native of Anniston, AL was born on November 30, 1946 a son of the late Silas C. Sharpton Sr. and Ruth Sharpton. Charles was of the Baptist faith.
In addition to his parents, Charles is preceded in death by one brother Robert "Bobby" Sharpton.
Charles leaves behind to cherish his memory one daughter Delta Dawn Stine (Kris) of Acworth, GA one son Charles Allen Sharpton Jr. (Antonia) of Cleveland, two brothers Kent Sharpton of Cleveland, and Silas C. Sharpton Jr. of Dallas GA, eight grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, and a host of friends and extended family members.
The family is planning a private memorial service.
