Chad Lee Lewis

Chad Lee Lewis, age 41, of Cleveland, departed this life on Saturday, September 25, 2021 at Erlanger Medical Center in Chattanooga due to COVID 19 related issues. Born on November 1, 1979 in Dalton, Georgia, he was a graduate of Bradley Central High School, loving father, devoted husband, and a wiz on a computer. Chad had a big heart, a smile that could brighten up a room, and was his mother’s baby boy.
Chad was preceded in death by his high school sweetheart, Kristy Vaughn, who lost her battle to cancer at 39 years old.
Left behind to cherish Chad’s memory are his son, Dakota Lee Lewis of Cleveland; stepdaughter, Alexis Brown of Cleveland; mother, Vickey Kay Lovette of Cleveland, two brothers, James David Whiteside of Windham, Maine and Kevin Whiteside of Cleveland; sister Elizabeth Stapleton of Bainbridge, Ohio; nieces Maggie, Ginger, and McKenzie Whiteside, Alexis Pritts, and Ashley Lynn; and nephews, Logan and Hunter Whiteside.
He was loved by many friends and family, and our prayers are that you may rest in peace.
A Celebration of Life will be held from 1PM until 4PM with a memorial service following at 5PM on Saturday, October 30, 2021 at 5711 Hwy 30 Benton, Tennessee.
