Cecelia M. Anderson, 84, of Cleveland, passed away peacefully on Saturday, July 17, 2021, at her residence. She was born in Chattanooga,TN on July 23, 1936.
She was preceded in death by her father Cecil Burgess; mother, Carolyn Luther; brother, William Burgess.
Survivors include her brother, Paul Burgess; daughters, Carolyn Anderson and Cindy Kirwan; grandsons, Riley Kirwan and Casey Kirwan.
A service to remember and celebration Cecelia’s life will be held at Westwood Baptist Church in Cleveland at 2:00 PM on Saturday, July 24, 2021. The family will receive friends beginning at 1:00 PM.
