Mr. Carroll Milton Bridges

Carroll Milton Bridges, 77, lifelong resident of Chattanooga, TN, passed away January 8, 2024. Born December 2, 1946, to the late Earl and Martha Bridges. Milton was a devoted husband and true family man who loved his family and dog, Bella.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his daughter Cindy Dena Bridges and brother Gary Bridges.

Survived by his loving and devoted wife, Ruby Carolyn Bridges; sons, Alvin Richard Daugherty and Bradley David Daugherty; daughter, Julie Ann Newsom, grandchildren, Christopher Myers, Davey Daugherty, Caroline Daugherty, Anna Daugherty, Travis Myers, Peyton Daugherty, Nick Daugherty, and Gracie Daugherty; great-grandchild, Felicity Daugherty; and a host of family and friends.

The family will receive friends from 3:00 PM-7:00 PM, Thursday, January 11, 2024, at Companion Funeral Home-Chattanooga Chapel, 6018 John Douglas Drive, Chattanooga, TN 37421, followed by the service at 7:00 PM with Bradley Daugherty officiating.
