Obituary
         On November 6, 1920, God sent his most beautiful angel to brighten the Housley household in Soddy Daisy, Tennessee. On February 8, 2012, He decided He wanted her back, so He gently called her home. Carrie Belle Housley Johnston was surrounded by her family when she went to be with the Lord. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband Roy, her son Roy Allen, her precious parents Lillie and William, her sisters Mildred Carlton and Elvada Hampstead, and brother Edward Housley. She is survived by her loving daughter Carole Jordan , grandson Chris Jordan and wife Angie , and granddaughter Debbie Delashmitt and husband Jeff. She is also survived by the light and laughter of her life, her great-grandchildren Amanda, Jonathon, Maria and Christian Jordan and Rachael, Jordan, Cade and Connor Delashmitt.  She is also survived by her brother Manuel Housley of Washington, N.C., and several nieces and nephews.
 
                The Funeral service will be on Monday, February 13, 2012 at 1:00 PM at the Apison Baptist Church located at 11127 Old East Brainard Road, Apison, TN 37302. The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM until the 12:00 PM service time at the church. Interment and graveside prayer will follow at the National Cemetery of Chattanooga at 2:00.
 
                Mrs. Johnston’s family would like to thank all of the Angels at Hospice of Chattanooga at Standifer Place for their love, care and support for both Carrie Belle and her family.
