Carolyn Ann Sledge

Carolyn Ann Sledge, 79, of Cleveland, Tennessee passed away August 13, 2021, at her residence. She passed peacefully with her loved ones surrounding her. She was born on February 10, 1942, in Scottsboro, Alabama to William and Elizabeth Baugh. She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and devoted wife. She loved quilting and all types of crafts. She was of Christian faith and a joy to everyone she met, and her smile would lite up a room. She will be so dearly missed by all who knew her. Carolyn is survived by her three children, Pam (Mark) Barrios: Joseph E Sledge Kimberly (Charlie) Bacigalupi, brothers, Billy Jack Baugh Larry Baugh: Mike Baugh and Jerry Baugh, as well as six grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Carolyn is preceded in death by her husband of 57 years Joseph E Sledge, her sisters, Shirley Mowery and Betty Shelton, mother and father Elizabeth and William Baugh and two grandchildren Courtney and Joseph.
The family will receive friends on August 21,2021 at Companion Funeral Home from 4:00 PM - 6:00 P.M. With a Memorial Service at 6:00 P.M.
