Obituary
Carolyn Ann Lewis, 44, a resident of Athens, TN passed away on Monday, December 9th, 2013 in an Athens hospital. She was born in Loudon, TN on February 18th, 1969 a daughter of the late Wanda Russell Mincey.
In addition to her mother Carolyn is preceded in death by one brother Larry Mincey Jr.
Carolyn is survived by her husband Mark Lewis, two daughters Jennifer Ashley and Christian Lewis, one son Benjamin Ashley, her father Larry J. Mincey Jr., one sister Lisa Fuller and one grandson James Bowen. She is also survived by numerous other extended family members and a host of special friends.
A memorial gathering is planned for Saturday, December 14th, 2013 from 11:00 AM until 12:30 PM in the parlor of Companion Funeral Home located at 2415 Georgetown Road in Cleveland, TN.
