Obituary
Carlene Edith Connors, 71, a resident of Riceville, TN went to sleep on this earth and awoke in her heavenly home to see the precious face of Jesus Christ. Carlene was born on November 2, 1940 in Camden, NJ a daughter of the late Frank & Virginia Jasczak. Carlene has made Riceville her home for the pass thirty plus years. Her and her family also lived in Cleveland, TN about five years prior to that. She was of the Christian faith. Carlene worked for Life Care Center of Cleveland, Wood Presbyterian Nursing Home in Sweetwater, and with the Family and Children Service single mother program. She loved people and helping others thru her patient advocate and patient rights duties. However, Carlene will be most remembered for being a loving wife, mother, and “Nanny”.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by one son Jeff Connors.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory her loving husband of 47 years George, a daughter and son-in-law Ginger and Chris Arden, granddaughter Emily Arden, and a host of other extended family members and friends.
The family will hold a private memorial at a later date.
The family would like to thank Hospice of Chattanooga for the wonderful care given to Carlene and request that in lieu of flowers donations be made to Hospice of Chattanooga in her memory.
